 Where do you ship?

I ship worldwide, from Italy and Serbia. All orders are sent with tracking. Just select your country when checking out and shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

 When will my order be shipped?

In stock items are posted within two working days. Dispatch times for made-to-order items can vary from 3-5 days.

When will my order arrive?

Europe orders typically take 3-10 days from date of posting, while orders to the rest of the world generally take 7-25 days. If you are worried about the status of your order please contact/email me.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

 How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Refunds and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, you may return your item within 10 days of receiving it. The returned item should be in its unused and original condition. Unfortunately, the cost of shipping to return the item cannot be refunded. I will refund via Paypal less original postage charges.Any postal damage must be reported within a 4 days of receipt with a full description.
